Elite Music Courses provides private music lessons and educational services, including but not limited to:

  • Individual instrument lessons (piano, guitar, violin, ukulele)

  • Music production and audio recording instruction

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

8. Instructor-Student Relationship

Our instructors are independent contractors, not employees of Elite Music Courses. The relationship between instructors and students is that of independent parties. We are not responsible for:

  • The content of individual lessons or teaching methods
  • Student outcomes or progress
  • Disputes between instructors and students
  • Instructor availability or scheduling changes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Music Courses and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and instructors shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
  • Any claims arising from course content or instructor conduct

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
